How to File a Claim

Whether you’re a Rental Fleet Operator or an Everyday Renter, we’re here to guide you through the claims process every step of the way.  Reporting a loss promptly helps us support you faster and more efficiently.

When to Report a Claim

All claims should be reported immediately after an incident or accident.  Claims must be reported within 30 days of the date of loss.

What to Include In Your Claim Report

Please have the following documents ready to submit with your claim report to help us process your claim as quickly as possible:

  • Renter/Driver information and written statement describing the accident or incident, including but not limited to the other vehicle(s) and Drivers involved
  • Police or Incident Report
  • Copy of the original Rental Agreement
  • Copy of the Coverage Acknowledgement & Sign-Off Sheet
  • Clear and detailed photos of all damage to rental vehicle

NOTE: Please submit all requested documents with your claim report to facilitate timely processing and comprehensive coverage evaluation.

Where to Send Your Claim

Claims information and documentation should be submitted to both the following emails:

Your documentation will be forwarded to the insurance company, and an appointed adjuster will follow up with you directly.

Acknowledgement of Receipt

An email is sent within 5 business days to confirm that your claim has been received.  If additional details are needed, a claims specialist will contact you promptly.  Our goal is to make this process as clear and straightforward as possible so you can focus on what matters most, getting back on the road safely.
